Professional placement services for Corporate relocations as an alternative to hotel accommodations. Furnished suites are provided in close proximity to city centre and within the downtown core. All suites have easy access to transportation, shopping and entertainment districts, art galleries, restaurants, theatres, boutique shops, car rental, Skytrain/Seabus.

Student Placement:

- Downtown shared accommodations for students who are looking for an alternative to traditional homestay.

- We are in close proximity to schools such as Vancouver Film School, UBC, Emily Carr, Canadian Business English Institute, CSLI, VEC, and many others.

Private Apartment Placement: Corporate / Students

All of the apartments we supply are fully furnished suites in new downtown buildings. The prices all represent monthly rentals (note: corporate or student placement fees do not apply). All suites are located in Metro Vancouver, close to downtown parks, beaches, shopping, and within walking distance of all major schools and bus routes.

All of our suites include or come furnished with:

• City, water or mountain views.
• Access to fitness clubs.
• Contemporary furnishings.
• Maid service upon request (not included).
• Fully equipped kitchen.
• Living/Dining/Bedroom furnishings with additional pull out beds in some suites.

Private Shared Accommodations

The student leads a completely independent lifestyle, responsible for rent, food, bills, travel, etc. and learns responsibility for their own day-to-day affairs.

We wish to ensure that students have safe living conditions and are more centrally located. Students living downtown avoid the tiring, long bus rides, do not have to walk home from bus stops late at night or in the dark and are able to save transit fares. In addition, students that have their own apartments or are independently sharing living arrangements and can determine their own dinner hours, study hours, and can buy and prepare more of the foods that they enjoy. Private apartments are also ideal for the more adult oriented student.
